中文摘要 | 本研究係以臺灣九家石化業廠商為對象,探討企業主管領導型態與員工溝通滿足 組織承諾間之關係。 本研究採用問卷調查法蒐集原始資料,並用皮爾遜相關分析、迴歸分析、路徑分析及變異數分析來探討主題中三個變數間之關係。 研究結果顯示,領導型態、溝通滿足與組織承諾兩兩之間皆呈現顯著正相關。 溝通滿足扮演了領導型態與組織承諾關係間重要中介變數之角色。 臺灣石化業廠商主管之領導型態為「高倡導,高關懷」。 公營與民營石化企業在上述三個變數上之型態與水準皆呈現顯著差異。 溝通滿足與組織承諾在大部分的員工個人變項上亦皆呈現顯著差異。 |
英文摘要 | Nine petrochemical manufacturing companies in Taiwan, eight private and one public were selected for this empirical study. This study intends to examine the relationships among the leadership style of superiors, employee communication satisfaction, and employee organizational commitment. The questionnaire survey method was used to gather data, and the relationships among these three variables was explored in terms of the Pearson correlation analysis, regression analysis, path analysis, and analysis of variance (ANOVA). Results showed significant, positive correlation between leadership style and communication satisfaction, between communication satisfaction and organizational commitment, and between leadership style and organizational commitment. Communication satisfaction play an important intervening variable role between leadership style and organizational commitment. Subordinates perceived that their superiors used a leadership style high in Initiating Structure and Consideration. Significant differences in leadership style, communication satisfaction, and organizational commitment appeared between privat and public-sector organizations. Most employee demographic variables proved significant to communication satisfaction and organizational commitment. |
