中文摘要 | 以栽培種大豆高雄選10號(G. max cv. KS10)與Glycine亞屬之野生種闊葉大豆(G. tomentella, To12)為親本,進行種間正反雜交,利用埋蠟切片法,行組織學觀察二物種之自交及種間正、反雜交後胚及胚乳的發育情形,結果如下: 大豆二物種自交胚、胚乳切片結果,胚乳均同屬核型胚乳,胚的發育期相似,KS10及To12,2天均為原胚期,5~6天圓球形期,9天心臟形期,14天為魚雷形期,17天胚發育至子葉期。種間雜交胚,胚乳切片結果,正反交組合,胚乳均較胚提前敗育,KS10×To12在11天時胚乳不正常分裂,18天胚發育至子葉期,但胚組織鬆散,開始有敗育現象。To12×KS10 12天胚乳呈現不正常現象,16天時魚雷期胚開始敗育。 |
英文摘要 | Interspecific reciprocal crosses were made between G. max (KS10) and G. tomentella (To12) of subgenus Glycine. The developmental characteristics of embryo and endosperm of selfed and interspecific cross using with paraffin method for histological reasons were also observed. The results were summarized as follow: Observation of the developmental characteristics of selfed embryo and endosperm have show that the endosperm was belong to a nuclear type. The embryos developed equal; proembryos could be indentified at 2 days after fertilization, spherical embryo at 5-6 days, heart-shape embryo at 9 days, torpedo embryo and cotyledon stage could be seen at 14 and 17 days after fertilization. The interspecific crosses have showed that the abortion of endosperm was faster than that of embryo in all combinations. In corss of combinations of KS10×To12, the endosperm reveals was abnormal at 11 days after fertilization, the tissue of cotyledon stage became loose after 18 days. In reciprocal cross combination of To12×KS10, endosperm appeared abnormal at 12 days and torpedo embryo aborted at 16 days after fertilizaiton. |
