中文摘要 | 本研究主要目的在探討含Zr(0.1wt%)或V(0.1wt%)之A201鋁合金銲條,對A201鋁合金的銲補性及常溫、高溫機械性質之影響。結果顯示,含Zr(0.1wt%)或V(0.1wt%)之A201鋁合金銲料,在凝固時晶出Al_3(Zr,Ti)相或Al_3(Ti,V)相使銲道的鋁晶粒細化。母材A201鋁合金之平均晶粒尺寸為270μm,含Zr(0.1wt%)之A201鋁合金銲道之平均晶粒尺寸為110μm,含V(0.1wt%)之A201鋁合金銲道之平均晶粒尺寸為130μm。此外,以含Zr或V之A201鋁合金銲料,於母材A201鋁合金鑄件上實施TIG銲補後之銲件,其銲道組織皆為等軸細小晶粒,且無熱裂發生;兩種銲件之銲道經時效熱處理後之常溫抗拉強度分別為母材A201鋁合金之90%和88%;高溫230℃抗拉強度分別為母材A201鋁合金之88%和84%。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is aimed for the fusion weldability and mechanical properties of the room temperature and high temperature of A201 alloy casting with A201 alloy casting containing Zr (0.1wt%) or V(0.1wt%) as metal filler. Addition of Zr(0.1wt%) or V(0.1wt%) to A201 alloy casting (Al-Cu-Mg-Ag alloys) produces grain refinement of fusion zone due to the formation of Al_3(Zr,Ti) or Al_3(Ti,V) intermetallic phases during solidification.The average grain size of A201 alloy casting is 270μm, and the average grain size in the fusion zone of A201 alloy containing Zr (0.1wt%) is 110μm, and the average grain size in the fusion zone of A201 alloy containing V(0.1wt%) is 130μm. Further, A201 alloy casting was welded by TIG process with A201 filler containing Zr or V.After welding, the grain of fusion zone is fine equiaxed dendritic structure and has no hot cracking.The ultimate strength of fusion zone at room temperature of welding bar that has been T7 heat-treated is 90% and 88% of A201 alloy respectively. The ultimate strength of fusion zone at high temperature 230℃ of welding bar that has been T7 heat-treated is 88% and 84% of A201 alloy respectively. |
