| 中文摘要 | 本研究主要目的在探討含Zr(0.2wt%)之A201鋁合金銲條對A201鋁合金的銲補性及常溫、高溫機械性質之影響。結果顯示含Zr(0.2wt%)之A201鋁合金(Al-Cu-Mg-Ag-Zr),於凝固時便晶出Al3(Zr, Ti)相,使晶粒細化。此外,以含Zr(0.2 wt %)之Al-4.6Cu-0.3Mg-0.6Ag合金銲料,於母材A201鋁合金鑄件上實施TIG銲補後之銲件,其銲道組織皆為等軸細小晶粒,且無熱裂發生;銲件時效熱處理後之常溫(25˚C)抗拉強度為母材A201鋁合金之90%;銲件時效熱處理後之高溫(230˚C)抗拉強度亦為母材A201鋁合金之87%。 |
| 英文摘要 | The study for the purpose of fusion weldability and mechanical properties of the room temperature and high temperature of A201 alloy casting with the A201 alloy containing Zr (0.2wt%) as metal filler metal was made. Addition of Zr (0.2wt%) to A201 alloy casting (Al-Cu-Mg-Ag alloys) produces grain refinement due to the formation of primary Al3(Zr,Ti) intermetallic phase during solidification of the weld.Further, A201 alloy casting was welded by TIG process with A201 filler containing Zr(0.2wt%).After welding , the grain of fusion zone is fine equiaxed dendritic structure and has no hot cracking. The ultimate strength at room temperature of welded casting with T7 heat treatment is 90% of that of A201 alloy. The ultimate strength at high temperature 230˚C of welded casting with T7 heat treatment is 87% of that of A201 alloy. |
