英文摘要 | People suffering from autism are often limited in their normal development and participation in physical activities due to triple factors characterized by impaired social interaction, verbal and non-verbal communication, and repetitive and stereotyped behavior. These pose them in the high-risk group of inactive lifestyle. As people with autism are often reluctant to change, the design of the learning environment and mode of physical activities that fit their unique characteristics, utilize their visual advantages, and improve their learning motivation and effectiveness are crucial. This article aims to introduce the characteristics and learning features of those with autism, as well as to share the many years of experience the author has in planning and designing physical activities for them; this can serve as valuable reference for sports teachers and related personnel during their teaching or research. |
