中文摘要 | 目的:本研究在以教學效能理論為基礎,探討國民小學羽球冠軍教練的指導行為。方法:採半結構式訪談8位曾獲得台灣地區國小羽球冠軍的教練,以參與觀察法觀察其中1位教練實際的指導行為8週,以文件分析等方式收集資料。所有資料經開放性編碼和主軸性編碼,持續加以歸納、比較及分析。結果:發現冠軍教練的指導策略行為包括個別差異、講解及示範清晰、循序漸進、有效運用時間、強化基本動作、分組方式、激勵與處罰等概念;指導評量行為包括糾正與回饋、讚揚與批評、指導反省等概念;指導氣氛包括期待、團隊凝聚力、訓練管理、指導熱忱、師徒關係等概念。結論:冠軍教練的指導行為著重於擬定適當的訓練目標及內容,運用各種有效的指導策略,提供積極的指導評量與教學回饋,營造團隊士氣及良好的訓練氣氛。 |
英文摘要 | Purpose: This study was to explore the coaching behaviors of the champion badminton coaches in elementary schools using teaching efficacy theory as the foundation. Methods: Eight elite coaches who had once won the badminton game of the national elementary schools in Taiwan were interviewed by using semi-structured interviews. One of these coaches was observed his actual coaching situation for eight weeks by participation observation, and information were gathered by document analysis. All of information was rearranged, induced, compared, and analyzed. Results: This study indicated that the concepts of coaching strategy included individual differences, demonstration and explanation, gradual progress in proper sequence, effective time management, basic skills strengthening, types of group division, as well as encouragement and punishment. The concepts of coaching evaluations included coaching feedback and correction, glorification and criticisms, and coaching reflection. The concepts of coaching atmosphere included expectancy, teamwork, discipline management, coaching enthusiasm, and coach-player relationship. Conclusion: The coaching behaviors of champion badminton coaches place their emphasis on drawing up the suitable training objectives and contents, utilizing many kinds of effective coaching strategies, providing the positive coaching evaluations and teaching feedback, and also fostering the teamwork and the good training atmosphere. |
