中文摘要 | 本文考慮在重複捕取模型中有部份伴隨變數隨機缺失下的密閉母體總數估計問題。在個體間捕取機率的異質性是以邏輯斯迴歸建構下,本文用迴歸插補校正法及用無母數的多重插補法來插補缺失之伴隨變數,並提供邏輯斯迴歸參數之估計。當使用此二種估計法獲得邏輯斯迴歸參數估計值後,並進一步再用Horvitz-Thompson加權來估計母體總數。文中我們用統計模擬來探討迴歸插補校正法、多重插補法及完整資料法(刪除缺失資料進行估計之方法)之比較,從模擬的結果可看出完整資料法會有較大的偏差,而所提供無母數的多重插補法則表現最好。文中亦用在香港米埔鳥類保護區收集之資料來比較三種估計法的表現。 |
英文摘要 | We consider the problem of closed population size estimation for capture-recapture models when the covariates may be missing at random. We propose novel approaches to account for the missing covariate data assuming logistic regression models for the capture probabilities on the capture occasions. The estimations of the parameters involved in the models for the capture probabilities are based on nonparametric imputation techniques, regression calibration and modified complete case approaches. Furthermore, we develop the estimators for the true population size based on modifications of the Horvitz-Thompson' methods. In finite sample situations, numerical studies indicated that the multiple imputation approach of the population size has the best performance with regards to bias and standard error. We applied our methods to the Prinia flaviventis data from a capture-recapture experiment conducted at the Mai PO Bird sanctuary. |
