中文摘要 | 本研究目的以實驗室內不同添加與溫度處理以釐清新鮮葉片對養份釋放的貢獻。研究結果顯示不同溫度與不同新鮮葉片添加量後滲漏液pH值隨時間增加而增加,然而經過30天後,滲漏液pH值呈下降趨勢,這可能是枯落物分解可溶性碳(DOC)釋出影響。滲漏液DOC濃度則隨時間增加而減少,這可能是新鮮葉片添加後初期分解速度快,因此釋出大量DOC,但隨時間增加,可分解之新鮮葉片減少也因此釋出量也減少。不同溫度處理間顯示,當溫度越高,其可分解DOC釋出量越多。不同溫度下新鮮葉片添加後滲漏液K^+、Ca^(2+)及Mg^(2+)含量經20天後隨時間增加而釋出量降低,並呈穩定釋放。雖然添加新鮮葉片後初始階段DOC會因易分解部份分解後快速釋放,後續留下的殘體屬難分解新鮮葉片則呈緩慢分解,此時K^+、Ca^(2+)及Mg^(2+)則因新鮮葉片分解持續釋出。新鮮葉片中的Fe^(2+)及Al^(3+)易與植體內有機酸形成錯合物,因此分解的過程中並不容易被釋放出來。 |
英文摘要 | The objective of this study is to examine the effects of temperature and addition on nutrient release of fresh leaves. The results show that the pH value of leachate increases while controlling different temperatures and additions. However, the pH value of leachate decreases after 30 days that implies dissolved organic carbon (DOC) releases of fresh leaves due to decomposition processes. Whereas DOC concentration of leachate decreases by time, it could be postulated that the decomposition rate is fast in the initial stage of fresh leaves addition and release large amounts of DOC. Later on, DOC decreases due to limited fresh leaves. Considering temperature factor, the results show that DOC release increases according to temperature increasing. While temperature factor is controlled, Potassium ion, Ca^(2+) and Mg^(2+) contents of leachate increases by time and decreases after 20 days. The DOC fast releases due to easily decomposed part of fresh leaves in the initial stage. The residual of fresh leaves which is hard decomposed part shows slowly decomposition and releasing of K^+, Ca^(2+) and Mg^(2+). Fe^(2+) and Al^(3+) of fresh leaves turns to complexes easily combining with organic acid of plant, therefore there are not limited amount released in the decomposition process. |
