中文摘要 | 本研究目的在瞭解教練領導行為、情緒感受與領導信任之關係。研究方法以高中甲組排球運動團隊為研究對象共241人,平均年齡16.48歲,標準差1.26歲,使用的測量工具包括「家長式領導」、「情緒感受量表」、「領導信任量表」。所得資料以皮爾遜積差相關及階層迴歸進行分析。研究結果顯示:一選手正向情緒在知覺領導與領導信任成正相關,負向情緒則呈負相關;二家長式領導對領導信任有顯著正向預測效果、家長式領導與領導信任在選手正向情緒有正向預測效果;反之,仁慈領導對負向情緒有負向預測效果,同時迴歸時,領導信任不具有中介效果。本研究最後提出建議,作為教練或運動團隊之用與參考。 |
英文摘要 | This study was a descriptive investigation employing a relational treatment of data. The purpose of the study was to investigate leadership behavior, feelings and the relationship between trust in leadership of selected high school volleyball team. The total number of volleyball players who participated by responding to the survey was 241,average age 16.48 years, standard deviation of 1.26 years. This study used a quantitative survey methodology and the survey instrument including the "paternalistic leadership", "emotional feelings scale", "leadership trust scale". The results were analyzed by Pearson correlation and hierarchical regression. The results show that: 1. A player leadership in the perception of trust in leadership with positive emotions are positively related. Nevertheless, A player with negative emotions are showed negative results. 2. The paternalistic leadership has a significant positive predictor of trust in leadership effectiveness; paternalistic leadership and positive leadership of trust in players have a positively emotional effect. On the contrary, the benevolent leadership of the negative emotion predicts a negative effect. While back, there is no mediating effect in the trust in leadership. Eventually, this study has suggested that would be a coach or a sports team use and reference. |
