中文摘要 | 2010年10月梅姬颱風侵台,造成遊覽車旅行團於蘇花公路發生傷亡及失蹤意外,意外地點集中在112k~116k路段,主要有三處為112+800k、114+500k及116+30k,崩塌面積分別為1.6×10^3、4.4×10^3及7.7×10^4(m^2)。其中112+800k處下邊坡約300m找到弘泰旅行社扭曲變形之遊覽車體,而創意旅社遊覽車疑似在114+500k或116+30k遭土石衝落至太平洋,車體至今仍未尋獲。若能對崩塌運動機制有所模擬,得及時獲取模擬成果,或許能在黃金72小時內更有效率的推測並協助找出受難者位置,或以最短時間內找出罹難者,減低家屬悲痛及社會成本。為達到上述目標,本研究利用分離元素法軟體PFC3D作為模擬分析主要工具,模擬成果顯示若車體於116+30k處墜落會一路被推送在土石前緣至太平洋,故未能尋獲失蹤車體,若車體於114k+500k處墜落,最後會被埋於崖錐堆積之下,故未能尋獲失蹤車體,而112k+800k模擬成果與弘泰旅行社遊覽車實際卡在道路下邊坡山溝處相吻合。若往後有類似案例,可透過此一模擬經驗研判車體遭土石擊中滾落後可能之最後位置,協助搜救作業之進行。 |
英文摘要 | On October, 2010, Typhoon Megi hit Taiwan and group tours suffered injure and missing on Su-Hua highway. The sites of accidence were 112+800k, 114+500k and 116+30k, the volume of landslide were 1.6×10^3, 4.4×10^3 and 7.7×10^4(m^2) respectively. There was a crashed vehicle which belong to Hong-Tai group tour on the lower slope of 112+800k near 300m from highway, however, the vehicle which belong to Chuang-Yi group tour was not found until now, it might suffer landslide attack and drift to Pacific. If the simulation of landslide was taken, then obtained the result to aid to find out the position of victim within golden 72 hours, it might be as possible as lightening the pain and social cost.In this research, the software PFC3D is be used to analyze, the result indicate that if the accident occurred on 116+30k that the vehicle was pushed ahead to Pacific, so the vehicle could not be found. If the accident occurred on 114+500k that the vehicle was buried under deposit, so the vehicle could not be found. The result of 112+800k was similar to in-situ situation. In the Future, through the experience of the simulation might be help to rescue work. |
