中文摘要 | 本試驗乃針對台灣欒樹(Koelreuteria henryi Dummer)葉部熱水抽出物及其可溶部進行抗氧化研究。台灣欒樹葉部熱水抽出物以正丁醇可溶部具有較佳DPPH(1,1-Diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl)清除能力,EC_(50)為3.2μg/mL。還原力效力依次為熱水抽出物、正丁醇可溶部、乙酸乙酯可溶部及水可溶部,且皆有隨濃度提高而升高之趨勢。金屬螯合效果以水可溶部表現最佳,其EC_(50)值為600μg/mL。總抗氧化能力以正丁醇可溶部、水可溶部及葉部熱水抽出物較佳,TEAC值分別為24.10±0.01、24.06±0.07及23.96±0.01。總酚含量則是以正丁醇可溶部含量最高為(507.61mg of GAE/g)。各項結果顯示,台灣欒樹葉部熱水抽出物為具有相當潛力之天然抗氧化物。 |
英文摘要 | The antioxidative activities of hot water extracts (crude extract) and its soluble fractions from Koelreuteria henryi Dummer leaves were investigated in this study. The experimental results revealed that n-Butanol fraction exhibited the strongest DPPH (1, 1-Diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl) scavenging activity with an EC_50 value of 3.2μg/mL. The order of reducing power activities were: crude extract > n-Butanol fraction > water fraction. Water soluble fraction exhibited the highest metal chelating activity, and its EC_50 value was 600μg/mL. The n-Butanol fraction, water soluble fraction and crude extract performed excellent total antioxidation activity, and the TEAC values were 24.10±0.01, 24.06±0.07, 23.96±0.01, respectively. n-Butanol fraction has the highest total phenolic content (507.61mg of GAE/g). The results indicated that hot water extract from K. henryi leaves has potential to be used as the source of natural antioxidants. |
