中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討學生禮儀課程學習動機及其學習滿意度之現況,並比較 不同背景變項的學生在學習動機及學習滿意度之差異情形。本研究採問卷調 查法進行資料的蒐集。問卷內容分為「學生基本資料」、「禮儀學習動機量表」 與「禮儀學習滿意度量表」等三部份,調查對象以台南科技大學學生為樣本, 共發出問卷 389 份,有效問卷 366 份,有效問卷回收率 94.09%。 研究結果發現:1.科系特性中如需與他人互動者,較有開設禮儀相關課程 的需要。2.禮儀課程對學生而言被認為是有用且重要的;且學生希望將禮儀課 所學的應用到日常生活。同時學習禮儀課程對學生有較低的學習焦慮。3.禮儀 課程要有好的滿意度成績,教師必須在教學方面能善盡事先準備、講解清晰、 營造良好的上課氣氛、專業知識必須豐富、結合理論與生活經驗等教學工作。 4.年級、年齡較高的學生有較高的學習動機;應用外語系的學生有較高的學習 動機。5.四年制、年齡較高的學生以及國際企業系及應用外語系的學生有較高 的學習滿意度。家庭月收入較高的學生則有較好人際關係表現。6.要有好的學 習滿意度應該加強學生學習動機中的學習價值與學習期望。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of the research is to understand both of the students’learning motivation and their learning satisfaction towards etiquette courses, and, additionally, to compare the students, with different educational background, by learning motivation and their opinion towards the learning results. The questionnaire is divided into three parts “StudentInformation,” “Student Motivation,”and“StudentLearningSatisfaction.”Thesurveysamplesofour objects are mainly from Tainan University of Technology; we released 389 questionnaires, and, with 94.09% of the available questionnaire feedback, we received 366 available questionnaires. Our research indicates several discoveries: 1. if the department is characterized by student interaction, the setup of the etiquette training courses will be deemed to be necessary. 2. For students, etiquette courses, which can alleviate students’learningpressure,areconsideredtobeextremelyvital,useful,andalso availableintheirdailylife.3.Tomeetstudents’satisfaction towards the courses, teachers must speech articulately and prepared well on the materials, create a kind of pleasant atmosphere and impart abundant expertise, furthermore combine the theory and the life experience to give them well-rounded programs. 4. Senior students and the students, who major in foreign languages, would have higher learning motivation in etiquette learning. 5. Senior students and the students, who major in foreign languages and in international relationship, tend to be more satisfied in learning, while those students who have higher family income perform better in interpersonal relationship. 6. To have better student learning satisfaction, wehavetoemphasizestudents’learningvalueandtheirlearninganticipation. |
