中文摘要 | 人口結構的老化是已開發國家與開發中國家普遍面臨的現象,由內政部臺閩地區老 人生活狀況調查及衛生署特定年齡組死亡原因的分析資料更可發現,長期慢性疾病已逐 漸取代傳染病,成為我國主要的健康問題。為因應此類社會人口老化及健康狀態轉變所 衍生的照顧需求,長期照顧服務漸受重視,其中又以老人居家服務最為蓬勃發展,故在 此服務量大幅擴展之際,對於服務品質的關注也成為持續發展的關鍵。 本文援引國內外服務品質觀點與品質要素文獻,以架構服務品質之基本樣態,再由 服務提供者與服務使用者兩面向切入,透過半結構式的深入訪談獲致雙方對於老人居家 服務品質觀點與要素的看法與想望,並據此分析討論服務使用者與服務提供者間之品質 落差樣態,最後建議未來應致力於提倡服務品質體系與文化、建構基礎服務品質標準, 以及落實並監控服務目標與品質標準,以有效填補品質落差,進而促進整體服務品質之提升。 |
英文摘要 | The aging of population has already become a common phenomenon in developed and developing countries; from those investigations on the living status of elderly people, and analytical statistics on the top 10 death causes of elderly people of our country, it shows that chronic diseases already replaced infectious diseases as the major issue of our nation’s health. Therefore as the consequence of the above mentioned social population aging and the changes of health conditions, care requirements and long term care related services have attracted more and more attentions, and the business is blooming increasingly, in which home service is certainly an important part of long term care, thus the enhancement of service quality has become a key point of continuous development. This study refers to the quality perspectives and quality elements literature to construct the service quality basic model. Then, by observing and interviewing the opinions of service users and providers, to determine the different point of views for home service quality perspectives and elements of two sides. According to previous discussion, in order to fill in the gap and improve the service quality, recommendations for future improvements are to firstly, advocate service quality system and culture; secondly, establish basic service quality standard; and thirdly, carry out and monitor the service goal and the quality standard. |
