中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討喘息服務方案於長期照護課程之成效,其課程設計為運用學生志工參與喘息服務做為長期照護課程之一部份。採立意取樣,於花蓮地區一所技術學院之護理科學生250人為研究對象。藉由結構性問卷、半結構性問卷及學生心得進行資料收集與分析,結果顯示學生志工認為所能提供的服務項目優先次序依序為個人照顧(54.2%)、護理照顧與家務照顧;同時並顯示花最多時間與最滿意提供的項目均為個人照顧;在對課程設計滿意度方面,滿分為84分,平均得分為72.62分(SD=5.69)。在質性研究方面,將有意義單元加以萃取分析成二部份,分別為參與喘息服務後之改變與對喘息服務課程之觀點。本研究結果可做為日後修正喘息服務內容及課程設計之參考。 |
英文摘要 | The aim of this study was to explore the efficacy of a respite care program in a course on long-term patient care in a nursing curriculum. The respite care program was designed as a part of a long-term care course in which students volunteered to participate. Purposive sampling was performed and 250 subjects were recruited from a college of nursing in the Hualien area. Structured and semi-structured questionnaires and reflection logs were used. The students reported that the most needed services they could provide for patients were personal care (54.2%), nursing care, and household care. Moreover, the data also indicated that personal care was the most satisfactory and time-consuming service. The mean score for satisfaction with the respite care program was 72.62 (SD=5.69) with total scores of 84. In qualitative research, the information was refined into two parts from the perspectives of perception: changes after participating in the respite care program and impressions of the program. In conclusion, the results from the preliminary study can show nurse educators the efficacy and satisfaction with a respite care curriculum, and also can be used for further revision of curriculum design. |
