中文摘要 | 專案管理是有效的將管理知識體系和做事方法整合,使其標準化、分工化和組織化 地將專案成功執行的一種程序與方法,它可以應用在所有組織、產業的產品、流程、服 務及創新等領域。本研究旨在追蹤與比較分析陸軍官校修習及未修習過「軍事專案管理」 課程之畢業生,於基層連隊中軍事領導與管理能力之差異。並探討有、無進行專案分組 實作之學生在軍事專案管理課程不同構面學習滿意度之差異。透過本研究可瞭解「在校 生」經由課程設計學習成果與課程優缺點,並瞭解「本校畢業之基層幹部」修習軍事專 案管理課程後於各類型部隊特性中表現之成果。研究結果可回饋至本校課程設計系統與 教學輔導等面向,並評估軍事專案領導 |
英文摘要 | The project management is the successful procedure which effectively combines the knowledge system and methods to make it standardize and systemize. This can be applied in the fields of organization, products, service and creations. The study compares the differences in leadership and managerial capacity of the alumni who had taken the military project management curriculum with those who hadn’t as well as checks the study satisfaction of students that were or weren’t in group experiments. The study achievements, the advantages and disadvantages in the curriculum of enrolled students as well as the performance of the basic cadres graduated from Military Academy in every type of troops could be found out. The analyzed data would be fed back to the Academy aspects like curricular design system, military training and teaching counseling, to further perfect its featured education of military management capability. |
