中文摘要 | 機車用油發展在臺灣相當重要。目前臺灣現有機車數量雖仍以二行程引擎較多佔約60%,但因其有相當嚴重的排氣污染問題,且受限於環保法規對機車排放HC、NOx、CO及觸媒轉化器耐用里程日趨嚴格,使車廠對於其所設計車種、使用的機油耗損量及觸媒轉化率,若無有效改善,將無法通過環保法規要求,導致無法量產。有鑑於環保法令要求極為嚴格,勢將使現有二行程機車引擎的設計必需突破瓶頸,因此預估新型直噴式環保二行程引擎機車,將是臺灣市場解決機車排氣污染的重要途徑。 本文主要即在於探討新型直噴式環保二行程引擎機車及其用油發展趨勢,並討論目前相關環保規範對二行程機車機油磨潤特性之影響,另比較一般二行程機車用油性能之差異。考慮二行程引擎設計需求,目前本油黏度多以SAE 20為主,而JASO FC等級將是臺灣市場主流。由本文實驗結果得知,專為直噴式二行程引擎機車設計之機油,除可減少排放CO及HC含量外,其對於機油耗損量較少,且於高溫抗氧化能力亦比一般二行程機車用油較佳,將有利於解決環保問題,並可適度減緩油泥生成,確保引擎之潤滑效果。 |
英文摘要 | Two stroke (2T) engine shares 60% market of small engines in Taiwan. The serious exhaust emissions of HC, Nox and CO should be limited by their engine design and the standards of the environment protection. So the new direct fuel injection engines are developed successfully to reduce the emissions. For promoting the technical image of the CPC engine oils, the research center RMRI of CPC allocates more research resources responding to the sale demands of lubricant market. The new direct fuel injection engine oil with the new best formulations is developed recently. The new product performs far better than the commercial oils in the market. This paper describes the trend of the new direct fuel injection engine and suitable engine oil. The major oil viscosity is SAE 20 and its performance grade is JASO FC. The specific oil gives and excellent reduction of exhaust emissions and owns a good anti-oxidation as special in the high temperature drain conditions for commercial oils and is suitable for environment protection in Taiwan. |
