中文摘要 | 本論文是以三維計算流體力學(Computational Fluid Dynamics, CFD)程式為工具, 模擬T型管管路中『單、雙相流場分布,再配合局部沖/腐蝕模式,開發了一套預測T型管薄化 位置分布的工具。模式校驗的數據是採用核三廠EOC-10大修期間所量測的管路壁厚結果,為 了提高模式驗證結果的可信度,考量檢測數據之真實性,便顯得非常重要。針對量測數據的特 性及T型管管件的型態,本論文是使用環帶分析法來分析檢測數據,以減緩人為與量測的誤差 及其對模式評估的影響。根據模式預估與電廠量測之二維與三維薄化圖形比較來看,本論文所 發展的模式均能掌握T型管管路薄化分布之型態,同時亦能模擬其受上、下游管件影響之效應。 |
英文摘要 | By using a computational fluid dynamics (CFD) code, an analytical model was developed to predict the distribution of wear sites for T-junctions. This model consisted of a single-or two-phase flow model and a local erosion/corrosion model. For the assessment of the current model the measured results of pipe wall thickness in Maanshan power plant during the outage of EOC-10 were analyzed by a band method in order to reduce the impact of human errors. According to the data characteristics and T-junction type, this method took into account the validity of measured data and increase the credibility of benchmark results. Based on the comparison of calculated results and plant measurements, the current model can precisely capture the pattern of wall thinning in the T-junctions and reasonably simulate the effect of upstream and downstream fittings on wear distributions. |
