中文摘要 | 本次研究的目的在於成功地利用有限元素法來模擬粉體/金屬複合包蕊材的擠製 程序。本研究分為兩部份,一是以實驗的方法取得粉末的Drucker-Prager降伏準則之參數; 另一則為在分析過程中,以取得的材料加入程式進行模擬。降伏準則的材料參數可由直剪試 驗與拘限壓縮試驗得之。結合這個降伏準則,有限元素模擬的結果與實驗值有相當程度的一 致性。而由此次分析的結果總結,擠製比在擠製過程中是影響粉末流動性的一主要參數。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this research is to use the finite element method to successfully simulate the extrusion of powder/metal composite clad rods. This study is divided into two subjects. One is to obtain the material parameters of Drucker-Prager/Gap yield criterion for the powder by means of experimental methods. The other is to simulate the extrusion processes by using the derived material properties in the analysis. The material parameters of yield criterion were obtained from direct shear tests and constrained compression tests. The finite element simulation cooperated with this yield criterion displayed a good agreement with extrusion experiments. From the results of the analyses, it was concluded that the extrusion ratio was one major working parameter for the flow of the powder during the extrusion processes. |
