中文摘要 | 本文提出製造筒狀鍛件之單道次擴擠複合成形法,利用剛塑性有限元素法來建立此新製程的分析模型,藉以探討其變形規律,及模具形狀對單道次擴擠複合成形製程的影響。亦即經由模擬分析途徑,來瞭解材流動變形趨向,也分析直線形、曲線形等不同模具形狀對擴擠負荷、工件強化及外觀形狀的影響。以本文所提出的複合製程及模具分析,應可提供業界在筒狀鍛件製造及其模具設計的參考。 |
英文摘要 | The rigid plastic finite element method is used to simulate and analyze the process of single-staged expanding-extrusion complex forming process for producing cylindrical forgings. The influence of material deformation law and die shape on single-staged expanding-extrusion complex forming would be studied and the tendency of material flow deformation could be understood within grasp. The effects of different die shapes, straight and curve profiles, on the expanding-extrusion load, the strengthened effect of workpiece, and the shape appearance were also analyzed. The new process and die analysis method presented in this study would benefit to the die design and production of the cylindrical cup forgings of forging industry. |
