中文摘要 | 本文以工程分析軟體(DEFORM 2D & 3D)為工具,對其理論背景(塑性力學之有限元素分析)加以研究,並針對塑性加工製程中常見的實際應用問題,如下料尺寸與位置、體積損失、溢料、複合模作動、模具應力分析、簡化模型、擠製變形劇烈、旋轉軸心與圓心定位等,加以分析研討並作出建議。 |
英文摘要 | The theoretical background of DEFORM 2D & 3D, i.e, finite element analysis of plasticity, was first studied. Several practical problems occurred when applying this analysis tool for industrial applications, namely: size and position of inserting billet, volume loss, material overflow, multistage action of complicated die, die stress analysis, simplification of analysis case, large and dramatic deformation due to extrusion, positioning problem of rotation axis of die or roller, etc. These problems have been solved and suggestions base been proposed. |
