中文摘要 | 半導體機臺零件因成本高、使用率差異性大,以及上游採購前置時間、下游需求率的不確定性等因素,使得零件的存貨管理問題一直困擾著業者。本文針對使用次數少,價格昂貴的零件,提供一個簡單的存貨模型,以便求得安全存貨水準與服務水準間之關係。對於模型中零件需求率的預測,因半導體機臺與零件需求的關係密切,所以本文利用迴歸模型,考慮機臺數量、機臺平均使用時間,以及機臺設計變更與否三個自變數,預測單位時間的零件需求個數。最後,我們以臺灣最大的一家設備業者為例,說明存貨模型中採購前置時間分佈參數的計算,以及利用迴歸模型估算零件需求率,並代入存貨模型求解各服務水準下的存貨量。 |
英文摘要 | The complicated nature of semiconductor manufacturing process requires high precision and thousands of spare parts. Due to the characteristics of high cost, as well as dynamic demand rate for spare parts of semiconductor equipment, spare parts inventory management is always an important issue for the equipment supplier. In this paper, we focus on the case of slow moving spare parts with high cost and low usage. Using varying lead times and the relationship between machine life cycles and parts demand rate, a simple model to evaluate the relationship between inventory level and service level is developed. In addition, this suggests using regression model with independent factors including machines quantity, average usage time of machines and whether machines design are changed to forecast spare parts demand. Using the data from a major semiconductor equipment manufacturer in Taiwan, we demonstrate the estimation of parameters of lead time distribution and parts demand rate and the implementation of the inventory model. |
