中文摘要 | 台灣夏季蔬菜供應較其他季節缺乏,水害為主要原因之一。雲林、嘉義 為台灣蔬菜主要產地。據統計,這地區5至9月間雨量相當多,時有淹水危害蔬菜 生產之報導。為瞭解淹水對不結球白菜之生長與發育的影響,本試驗以不結球 白菜品種一條根盆栽,分別於生育前期(移植後11天)、中期(移植後18天)及後期(移 植後25天)各施予淹水2天、3天、4天處理,另以不淹水者為對照比較。結果發現, 愈早期遭遇淹水,植株之受害愈為嚴重。又同一生育期則以淹水時間越長,植 株受害之程度越為嚴重。進一步測定不結球白菜之生理反應得知,經淹水處理 後,其氣孔開度變小,甚至關閉,亦即擴散阻力變大,蒸散速率下降,導致葉 片溫度上升,影響正常代謝作用,以及生育現象。 |
英文摘要 | In Taiwan, less vegetables are harvested in the summer because of theflood damage. According to the official statistics, Yun-lin and Chia-Yi are theprincipal area of the vegetable production in Taiwan. From May to September, there is a lot of rain in this district. Vegetables are often damaged by floodsfrom time to time. In order to learn the influence of the inundation on the loose-leaf ChineseCabbage (Taiwanese Pei-Tsai ) , the cultivar " One-Root" was planted inpots, and treatments of inundation of 2 days, 3 days, and 4 days were appliedto different growth stages : the early stage ( 11 days after transplantation ), the middle stage ( 18 days after transplantation ) , and the late stage ( 25days after transplantation ) . Pei-Tsai without inundation was used as acontrol. The result was the earlier it was inundated in water, the more damagewas done to the stems leaves and roots, and the longer it was inundated inwater at the same growth period, the more extent of damage was done to theplants. Furthermore, it was learned from the physiological reaction of Pei-tsai, the stomata became smaller, or even closed. In other words, its diffusiveresistance got larger and the rate of transpiration dropped down, which resultedin higher temperature of the leaf. This had great effect on the metabolism andthe growth of Pei-Tsai. |
