中文摘要 | 本研究由中興大學及桃園區、臺中區、臺南區農業改良場等機構合作進行,使用 鳳山白菜(Brassica chinensis, 農友種苗公司)為共同材料,各機構均使用相同之方法, 每月播種一次,探討氣象因子對其生長之影響,自1993年起至1997年為止連續進行四個年 度。由於各場,甚至同場之白菜生育日數並未完全一致,故本文僅以鳳山白菜之鮮重生 長速率(採收時鮮重/生育日數)部份先加以探討。白菜之生長速率隨季節而有很大之差 異,大致係以秋季較高、春季次之,冬季及夏季較低。逐步複迴歸分析之結果顯示,氣 溫及降雨量對白菜生長之影響較大,其中氣溫之影響屬拋物線之形式,過高溫或過低溫 均不利於白菜之生長,生長適溫約在25℃左右。降雨量,包括日平均值及連續三日間合 計之最大值對白菜之生長則是負的影響,其生長期間之降雨量愈大則其生長速率愈低, 而日射量之影響則甚小。 |
英文摘要 | Effects of climatic factors on the growth of pak-choi (Brassica chinensis) were studied from 1993 to 1997 in Taoyuan, Changhua and Tainan areas. Based on the stepwise regression analysis, it was found that fresh weight growth rates of pak-choi were most influenced by air temperature and rainfall. The optimum air temperature for pak-choi growth was about 25 ℃. The fresh weight growth rate decreased with increasing in rainfall, especially with the maximum of rainfall amount of consecutive 3 days and the average of rainfall in the growth period of pak-choi. |
