中文摘要 | 近十年來,高速切削機型已成為工具機產業發展的主流之一,全世界各主要工具機廠皆推出線性馬達驅動的高速工具機,配置具備高轉速之主軸、及配置具備高速度與高加速度之線性馬達之機型為目前高速工具機之主流設計。本文將以『高速線性馬達臥式Quill-type試驗機』為例,逐項介紹各主要子結構與整機結構於設計過程中所須探討之結構分析項目與結構優化設計邏輯,以於設計階段即能確保機體結構符合設計需求,同時避免不適當之結構設計,相關經驗將提供後續開發各型機具參考。 |
英文摘要 | In the latest decade, high-speed cutting machine has already become the major developed model in the industry. Every main machine tool plant announces the high-speed machine tool that both equipped with high rotational speed spindle and equipped with high speed and high acceleration linear motors. In this paper, the development of a horizontal quill-type testing machine is taken as an example to introduce the required structural analysis and the improved design procedure for each main sub-structure and the whole machine structure in order to assure the frame structure meet the design requirement and to avoid the inadequate structure design. The related experience will be provided as a reference for the development of each type machine tool in the future. |
