中文摘要 | 所謂教師授課分派,是指一個科系如何將下個學期所欲開的課指派給各位老師。大專科系教師的授課分派的問題特性,便是學制多且課程科目多, 而每位教師所希望授課的科目因人而異,所以當教師人數多時便會導致派課的困難度提高。學校目前的一般派課方法,是將老師的專長先大致分類, 再以人工的方式分派課程給老師,此方式不但費時費力,而且作法有失公正而影響團隊的合諧。過去的相關文獻主要是探討以排課時間為主的問題, 與本文所探討的派課主題有所不同,我們發現鮮少有專門討論派課問題的文章。本研究基於上述理由,希望建立一個有效率的派課模型,使我們在 派課時可兼顧公平性,並提升派課結果的滿意度。因為每位老師對授課的偏好不盡相同,所以我們認為理想的派課方式,應考慮老師希望教授的科別 來加以排定。我們並且將老師對教授科別的偏好轉化為滿意度,以作為派班的目標,這是過去的相關文獻未考慮的因素。我們也考慮了學校政策的限制 ,將問題規劃成0-1數學規劃模型,目標是讓整體的派課滿意度極大化。因為問題的複雜度,我們使用基因演算法來解決所提出的派課問題,數值案例應 用的結果,顯示本研究所提出的解法可有效的解決老師的派課問題。本研究實作一個開放的網頁式派課管理系統,輸入主要包括課程資料、教師基本資料 、教師、職級資料、權重資料等,系統的輸出則是教師分派的授課課程。 |
英文摘要 | Courses assignment problem is to determine the teaching courses for each teacher in department of school. The courses assignment problem in college school is a challenging task, because of multi-education-systems, numerous courses and the specialty of the individual teacher. Especially, courses assignment problem is quite complicated for a large scaled department. The traditional way for courses assignment is first to classify the teachers into several group based on their specialty, and then to arrange the course for teachers using human labor. The major weaknesses of such a traditional way are time consumed and lack of fairness. The related studies focus on the courses schedule (arrange the time schedule for courses), yet few of them discuss the issue of courses assignment. This study develops a quantitative model, in which the fairness of courses assignment and the satisfaction of teachers are considered. To model the factors of fairness and satisfaction, the teachers should fill out the lists of the preferred courses, and each preferred course is given a score (satisfaction degree) based on the priority of the preferred course. The problem is modeled as 0-1 integer programming, and the objective is to maximize average satisfaction for whole teachers. Due to the complexity of the proposed problem, this study develops a genetic algorithm based solution approach to solve the problem. The numerical example tests demonstrate that the proposed approach outperforms the traditional way. |
