中文摘要 | 本研究的主題是以探討關係品質在便利超商與供應商間的通路關係,並探索通路關係之公平性是否會影響關係品質之滿意度、信任與承諾。由於探討的是便利超商與供應商間的關係,所以被選為研究樣本的便利超商必須具有明確的供應商且該供應商為最大來源之供應商,否則便利超商會因為沒有明確的填答對象而造成無法填答問卷或亂答。而問卷份量則依據有效樣本之決定方法,在全省各地回收351份有效問卷。本研究則藉由路徑分析結果來驗證,便利超商與供應商之通路關係中,公平性對滿意度、公平性對承諾、滿意度對信任、信任對承諾具有直接影響效果。 |
英文摘要 | This research subject is discuss relationship quality between convenience store and supplier's channel relationship, and grouped justice of channel relationship whether can affect satisfaction、trust and commitment of relationship quality. It is due to discuss the relation between convenience store and suppliers, the convenience store selected for study examples must have specific suppliers and suppliers are the biggest sources, or convenience store will have not specific objects to fill in the questionnaire. Questionnaire quantities are stand on effective samples to decision, and retrieved 351 effective questionnaires in entire province. In the relation between convenience store and suppliers, this research verify the results by path analysis, justice on satisfaction, justice on commitment, satisfaction on trust and trust on commitment to be provided with direct influence effect. |
