中文摘要 | 以陸軍官校新進人員為例,旨在瞭解資訊尋找行為是否受到不同個人之生涯成熟程度的影響,並探討資訊尋找行為與新進人員適應程度的關聯性,同時根據理論與研究結果,一方面提供不同生涯成熟度之新進人員,可以主動尋求使工作能有效率的資訊行為等策略以作參考,另一方面建議組織可以適時適切的提供明確的資訊內容,使新進人員的專業能力在適應組織的過程中能有較佳的表現,有助於未來各軍事院校在整體人事運作之品質與績效,進而強化國軍人員的素質與戰力。 |
英文摘要 | This research aims at understanding the state and relation of newcomers’ different career maturity 、information-seeking behaviors and organizational socialization. The research questionnaire for investigation is to officers in ROC Military Academy. According to the theory and results of the study. On one hand , different career maturity for newcomers can voluntarily seek efficient information-seeking behaviors for work. On the other hand, organization can offer clear information content for newcomers to have better behaviors in professional ability during the process of adapting organization and contribute to each military academy in the quality and performance of whole personnel operation in the future and strengthen the quality and fighting in the army of the country. |
