中文摘要 | 本研究目的在於發展一套多光譜近紅外線影像系統,以非破壞方式檢測農產品內部品質,並將本系統應用於白米含水之量測。利用近紅外線分光光度計進白米含水率光譜量測,由光譜資料分析出選出930、960和980nm三個波長與含水率具有高度相關性。使用近紅外線攝影機並加裝濾鏡,濾鏡波長包括所選擇的三個波長,利用步進馬達及相關控制技術設計出濾鏡自動更換裝置,使系統能自動且有效地擷取多光譜影響。配合影像分析得到光譜影像之吸收值,應用少數相關波長之線性組合即可作為含水率之檢測,在9430、960和980nm所組成的三波長校正方程式,有最佳的預測效果(□=0.85,SEP=48%)。本系統應用於白米含水率影像分析,可自動擷取多光譜影像,使用校正模式可將擷取到的光譜影像之像素吸收值轉換為含水率。結果顯示本研究所發展的多光譜近紅外線影像系統,可應用於白米含水率之檢測作業。 |
英文摘要 | The objective of this study was to develop a multi-spectral near-infrared (NIR) imaging system to detect agricultural product qualities, utilizing a nondestructive method. The system was applied to inspect rice moisture content. The relationship between moisture content and absorption spectra was investigated using an NIR spectrometer to predict the moisture content of rice. NIR spectroscopic analysis revealed that the absorbance wave lengths at 930,960 and 980nm had a high correlation with the moisture content of rice. A multi-spectral images system, with band-pass filter, which included the above three wavelengths was developed. A stepper motor was utilized in the automatic filter exchange device. The system can automatically and effectively acquire multi-spectral images and obtain absorbance values with spectroscopic images using image processing. The linear combination of effective wavelengths is very good for moisture prediction. The calibration equation, consisting of 930,960 and 980nm wavelengths, had a high coefficient of determination (□) 0.85 and low standard error of prediction (SEP) 0.48%. Te calibration model was used for converting the image absorbance values into the moisture content. The results indicate that the multi-spectral NIR imaging system developed in this study can be used for the measuring of rice moisture content. |
