中文摘要 | 本研究以北部地區六所不同層級醫院之加護病房護理人員為研究對象,主要探討其個人因素對工作壓力、工作滿意度及因應策略之關係。研究以結構式問卷進行橫斷法調查(cross-sectional study),共發出380份問卷,回收328份問卷,回收率達86.3%(有效問卷317份)。研究對象中性別均為女性,年齡以20-29歲居多(67.2%),學歷以大學畢業者最多(71.6%),婚姻狀況大多為未婚(63.7%),加護病房工作年資以2-4年最多(61.4%)。所得的資料以SPSS Windows10.0統計軟體為分析工具,主要統計方法包括:描述性統計及t-test、單因子變異數分析(one-way ANOVA)、皮爾森相關性分析(Pearson correlation analysis)等推論性統計。研究結果顯示: 一、區域醫院加護病房護理人員的工作壓力平均值皆高於醫學中心,而區域醫院加護病房護理人員的工作滿意度平均值卻低於醫學中心。 二、工作壓力之「工作負荷」、「醫院管理」與其個人因素之學歷、年齡、工作年資不同有顯著差異(P<0.05)。 三、工作滿意度之「人際關係」與個人因素之年齡不同而有顯著差異,而「人際關係」及「工作環境」的工作滿意度與工作年資不同有顯著差異(P<0.05)。 四、因應策略之「問題解決」及「尋求外援」與個人因素之婚姻狀況、年齡不同有顯著差異(P<0.05)。 五、除工作壓力之「角色特性」與工作滿意度之「薪資福利」、「人際關係」外,其它各分項均呈負相關(P<0.05)。 六、工作壓力之「工作負荷」與因應策略之「問題解決」呈現負相關(P<0.05)。 |
英文摘要 | The main objective of this study is to investigate the inter-reltionships between work stress, job satisfaction, and coping strategy of nurses at intensive care unit (ICU) in hospitals of northern Taiwan, particularly referred to effects of nurses' personal characteristics such as age, education, religion, marital status, and length of service on work stress, job satisfaction and copying strategy. All subjects of this study were ICU nurses chosen from six different administrative levels of hospitals in northern Taiwan. A structural cross-sectioned surveying methods was used to analyze data and a designed list of questionnaires was utilized to collect data. Questionnaires were sent to 380 nurses who have worked at the ICU of different hospitals. Of 317 validated cases were obtained from 328 responders with an effective responding rate of 86.3%. Most of nurses who worked at the ICU are 20 to 29-year-old females (67.2%), having a college degree (71.6%) and single (63.7). The majority of them have been working at the ICU about 2 to 4 years (61.4%). Data were analyzed using the SPSS for Windos 10.0 statistic software package including the description statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, factor analysis, and Pearson correlation analysis. Results of this study are briefly described as follow: (1) Nurses who worked at the medical center presented with a lower averaged score in work stress and a higher averaged score in job satisfaction than those who worked at the districted hospital. (2) Work-loading and hospital administration, two factors of work stress were differed significantly with individual age, education, and length of service (P<0.05). (3) On job colleague-relationship, a factor of job satisfaction was varied significantly with individual age (P<0.05). On job colleague-relationship and working-environment, both factors of job satisfaction were differed significantly with performance (P<0.05). (4) Abilities of problem-resolving and help-seeking, two factors of coping strategy were varied significantly with individual age and marital status (p<0.05). (5) Excepting the functional role to work stress and salary benefit and on job colleague-relationship to job satisfaction, all other factors were presented with the negative correlations (p<0.05). (6) A negative correlation was shown between the work-loading with work stress and problem-resolving with coping strategy (p<0.05). |
