中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討餐飲業大專工讀生的工作壓力,因應策略與工作滿意度三者間之關聯,以自編之「大專生工作壓力、因應策略與工作滿意度問卷」作為測量工具,受試樣本則為186位醒吾技術學院既清雲技糐學院五專部餐飲業工讀生,結果發現:(1)五種工作壓力因素中,客人的不當言辭或要求、公司不合理規定或不重視工讀生的福利、過低的薪資,以及油煙與吵雜的工作環境是餐飲業工讀生的主要壓力來源;(2)餐飲業工讀生多採用「問題取向」的因應策略;(3)工作壓力愈高,則工作滿意度愈低,尤以公司政策與薪資這茖壓力?素影響最大;(4)採用「問題取向」因應策略之工讀生,其內在滿意度顯著優於採用「情緒取向」者;(5)年級愈高,採用「折衷取向」因應策略者之比例有增加趨勢。最後,本文討論了本研究發現在工讀輔導實務上的涵義,並提出未來研究的建議。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship of the restaurants part-time college workers’ job stress, coping strategies and job satisfaction. 186 college students were evaluated by a College Student Job Stress, Coping Strategy and Job Satisfaction Inventory. The main findings indicate that:1) customers’ inappropriate expressions or request, unrightfully rules or disregard of part-time workers’ well-being, inferior salary, and nouisy or greasty environment are the main stress resources; 2) “problem-focused” coping strategy is significantly adopted by the restaurants part-time college workers; 3) job stress manifests significantly negative relationship with job satisfaction, especially revealed in the dimensions of company policy and salary; 4) the internal job satisfaction of part-time workers adopting “problem-focused” coping strategy is significantly better than that of those who adopt “emotion-focused” coping strategy; 5) senior college students tend to adopt more “mixed problem and emotion-focused” strategy. Implications on the counseling of part-time college workers and future research were finally discussed. |
