中文摘要 | 本文使用日本 Unitika 公司生產之尼龍6/氟化雲母奈米複合材料與尼龍6純料為實驗材料,探討射出成型縫合線對尼龍6/氟化雲母奈米複材的拉伸試片拉伸強度之影響,藉由拉伸試驗過程觀察尼龍6/氟化雲母奈米複令材料與尼龍6純料的拉伸試片斷面現象,了解尼龍6奈米複材的縫合線之拉伸強度與微觀結構之變化。經由研究結果得知,無縫合線的尼龍6奈米複材試片拉伸強度隨著料溫、模溫、保壓壓力與射速的增加而增加,而且大於尼龍6純料,但是有縫合線的尼龍6奈米複材試片之拉伸強度則甚低於尼龍6。藉由SEM觀察拉伸試片之破斷面破斷現象發現,無縫合線的尼龍6奈米複材試片之破斷面呈現凹凸不平的撕裂現象,有縫合線試片之破斷面呈現平滑的斷裂現象。經由本研究得知,業者若為了增加拉伸強度考量而選擇使用Nylon6奈米複合材料時,就必須在產品外觀結構上避免產生縫合線,以免影響產品的結構強度。 |
英文摘要 | Current study investigates tensile strength of Nylon6/Fluoromica nanocomposites and pure Nylon6 thermalplastic resin of Unitika®. Tensile test specimen of 2.5 mm thick was injection molded at different molding conditions such as melt temperature, mold temperature, packing pressure and injection speed. Both single gate and double gates were used to form parts with and without weldlines. It is found that with the addition of nanofluoromica particles the weld line strength becomes significantly weakened as compared to that of pure Nylon6 specimens and non-welidline Nylon6/Fluoromica nanocomposites. As melt temperature, mold temperature, packing pressure and injection speed are increased the weld line strength of molded nanocomposites also increases. The characteristics are brittle and stiff for specimens of nanocomposites without weldline, but the weldline specimens are brittle and weak. From the present study, it indicates that if injection molded Nylon6/Fluoromica nanocomposites are used for the improvement of its tensile strength, weldline should be avoided. |
