中文摘要 | 本文使用尼龍6 插層奈米複合材料與尼龍6玻纖複合材料為實驗材料,探討兩種不同複合材料的拉伸試片,在不同吸濕環境條件、不同厚度以及有 (無) 縫合線等對拉伸試片抗拉強度之影響,並探討造成縫合線強度弱化之原因。從本研究結果得知,水分吸濕量對於兩種材料之有、無縫合線拉伸試片的抗拉強度有甚大的影響,均會造成抗拉強度下降,尤其是比較薄的拉伸試片吸濕量%越大所造成的影響越明顯。尼龍6插層奈米複材有縫合線拉伸試片破斷面的氟化雲母添加物有明顯的聚集現象,導致縫合線區域分子鏈不完全鍵結,因此造成抗拉強度下降。尼龍6玻纖複材的有縫合線試片之破斷面的玻璃纖維添加物配向與熔膠流動方向垂直,會影響縫合線區域分子鏈的鍵結,造成縫合線抗拉強度減少。 |
英文摘要 | In current paper, Nylon6 nanocomposites (M1030D, PA-6 addition 4.7wt% Fluoromica) of Unitika® and Nylon6 composites (2210G6, PA-6 addition 30wt% glass fiber) ofNAN-YA® were used as molding materials to manufacture the tensile test specimen of 2.5 mm and 1.0 mm thick under specified condition. Both single gate and double gates were used to form parts without and with weldline. The tensile strength of specimens were measured experimentally. The following results were found: 1. The tensile strength will decrease when the specimens absorb moisture for Nylon6 nanocomposites of Unitika® and Nylon6 composites of NAN-YA®. 2. The phenomenon of the addition of nano-Fluoromica particles collected at the weldline area could be significantly to obstruct the bonding of molecular chain and it cause the tensile strength decrease for Nylon6 nanocomposites. 3. The phenomenon of the orientation of fiberglass was perpendicular to melt flow direction at the weldline area could be caused to obstruct the bonding of molecular chain and it will decrease the tensile strength for Nylon6 fiberglass composites. |
