中文摘要 | 本研究使用高結晶 POM 材料,模具上採用ASTM 638 標準拉伸模具,其POM 材料厚度為1.0mm、1.5mm 及2.0mm,並以單膠口(無縫合線)及雙膠口(有縫合線)進澆方式對於厚度、射出速度、保壓壓力、材料溫度及模具溫度等不同製程參數,以探討各種參數對拉伸強度之影響,並結合Kim-Suh 所提出之縫合線強度理論模型,將實驗結果代入迴歸分析法,來推導出新的半經驗公式,以便於預測縫合線強度。從實驗結果可以發現射出速度、材料溫度、模具溫度上升時,縫合線強度也隨之增加;則保壓壓力相反。在高的熔膠及模具溫度不但有助於降低剩餘應力,更可增加縫合線界面分子鏈之鏈結度;而高保壓壓力會造成高殘留應力之形成並降低分子的鏈結程度。根據Kim-Suh 之修正之半經驗公式所驗證結果與實驗結果相符合。實驗成果可以提供相關領域的業者發展薄殼射出成型技術作一參考依據,並薄殼射出產品機械性質,以便在生產設計時有更好的考量 |
英文摘要 | This research uses POM of material the high crystallization, but on the mold uses the ASTM 638 standards to stretch the mold, its thickness is 1.0mm, 1.5mm and 2.0mm, regarding discusses various systems regulation parameter to influence the suture line intensity. And unifies Kim-Suh to propose the suture line theory of strength model, considered thickness, injection velocity, packing presses , melt temperature and mold temperature parameters , by close true formation condition.Will test the result to return the analytic method, will infer the new thingses the semi-rational formula, will be advantageous for the forecast suture line intensity, its confirmation result and the experimental result will tally. From this experimental result may discover when injection velocity, the melt temperature, the mold temperature rise, suture line intensity also along with it increase; But guarantees presses the pressure when the rise, the melt rubber viscosity meets the trifle to enhance, but creates the suture line intensity to be able to drop slightly. Makes a comparison regarding the different material research material, discovered the same influence tendency, the experimental achievement may provide the correlation domain the entrepreneur develops the thin shell to project the formation technology to make a reference, and the thin shell projects the product mechanical property, in order to in production design time has a better consideration. |
