中文摘要 | 奈米複合材料的研究是近幾年來最熱門的科技,其相關研究包括材料發展、合成方式及其他功能性提昇等皆有相當深入的研究成果,但是對於射出成型加工技術之應用的探討非常少,使得射出成型業界對奈米複合材料的應用無法有深入的了解,因此探討射出成型製程技術對奈米複合材料產品性質的影響有助於產品的廣泛應用。本文選用日本Unitika公司生產的尼龍6及尼龍6奈米複合材料為研究對象,探討尼龍6奈米複合材料在射出成型製程的應用特性。從本文研究結果得知,在相同剪切率下,尼龍6奈米複合材料的黏度比尼龍6低;在PvT關係圖部份,尼龍6奈米複合材料在相同壓力曲線下,塑料從熔融溫度到凝固溫度,其比容變化比尼龍6小,顯示加入氣化雲母補強材能改善尼龍6流變性,使成品的尺寸安定性增加,收縮翹曲減小,加工成型性變好。在機械性質方面,尼龍6奈米複合材料無縫合線試片拉伸強度大於尼龍6,但是尼龍6奈米複材有縫合線試片之拉伸強度則甚低於尼龍6;由DSC測試結果得知,尼龍6奈米複合材料的結晶程度比尼龍6小;從偏光顯微鏡觀察結果發現,尼龍6奈米複合材料的結晶尺寸比尼龍6小;藉由SEM試片破斷面之觀察發現,尼龍6奈米複材無縫合線試片之破斷面現象呈現撕裂的脆斷特性,有縫合線試片之破斷面現象呈現光滑脆斷現象。因此,射出成型業者若為了增加拉伸強度考量而選擇使用尼龍6奈米複合材料時,就必須在產品外觀結構上避免產生縫合線,以免影響產品的結構強度。 |
英文摘要 | Nanocomposites have been attracted great attentions in recent years. However, most efforts are focused on the preparation and layer structure modification. But systematic studies on the application of nanocomposites for the injection molded parts lacked for investigations. In this paper, Nylon6 nanocomposites (M1030D, PA-6 addition 4.7wt% Fluoromica) and pure Nylon6 (A1030JR) of Unitika@ were used as molding materials to manufacture the tensile test specimen of 2.5mm thick under specified conditions. Both single gate and double gates were used to form parts without and with weldlines. The tensile strengths of specimens were measured experimentally. The following results were found: 1. The Nylon6/Fluoromica nanocomposites has lower viscosity and specific volume than pure Nylon6 resin. This indicates that the nanocomposites have an improved flow ingproperty and dimensional stabilization. 2. The tensile strength of nanocomposites was higher than pure Nylon6 resin for without weldline specimens, but the tensile strength of nanocomposites was much less than pure Nylon6 resin for weldline specimens. In another word, the weldline is a fatal flaw for the injection molded of Nylon6/Fluoromica nanocomposites. 3. The characteristics were brittleness and stiffness for without weldline specimens of nanocomposites, but the weldline specimens were brittleness and weakness. Form the present study, it indicates that if injection molded Nylon6/Fluoromica nanocomposite is to be used for the improvement of its tensile strength, weldline should be avoided. |
