中文摘要 | 知識經濟時代強調創新能力,通識教育的本質是啟發學生的思想並培養其建構知識的主體性。創業教育的本質,正是培養學子以己身所擁有的專業能力為基礎,發掘市場機會並實現經濟利益的執行力。為發展通識教育創新教學模式 ,中山大學與高雄海洋科技大學進行了一種以跨校、跨系所,整合校際與業界資源的通識教育實驗性課程。本課程發展依時程分為:課程準備、基礎概念形成、行動學習、創業競賽準備與經驗分享等五大階段;各階段均設定里程碑並提供多元的教學模式。學子們藉由創業競賽的平臺實踐創業構想,其所展現出的創意與價值,獲得業界高度的評價與獎勵,也促成業界繼續提供獎學金與教學資源以支持此創業教育模式。由評鑑結果顯示本課程以目標導向,行動學習的方法成功地建構有效的學習環境:培養團隊合作、解決問題與創意發想等三項能力,獲得學子們極高的肯定;而最受歡迎的教學模式則是「綜合小組成員所學,團隊工作醞釀創業提案的構想」。本文的目的是希望藉由本課程,發展出一套有效的創業教育模式,為我國培育知識型產業的創業人才。 |
英文摘要 | To utilize one's core competence and nurture the ability to realize value from market opportunities is the essence of entrepreneurship education. An attempt to implement entrepreneurial education ideal is carried out in an experimental class on new venture creation by National Sun Yat-sen University and National Kaohsiung Marine University. In this experiment, students from both universities are encouraged to form teams to contemplate on their new business ideas. To make their business ideas more realistic, a firm (KRTC) with high future potential is solicited to serve as the "topics" of students' proposals. By imitating the actual venture creation process, the experimental class is designed into 5 different stages: preparation, business idea formation, business model and financial modeling and, finally, a BP competition with high prize sponsored by KRTC to bring the climax. Owing to the creative ideas generated from the process is valuable to the sponsor, KRTC as well as other firms (Chunghwa Telecom.) are going to continue their sponsorship in Fall 2005 and Spring 2006. Aside from the continuing support from the sponsors, evaluations from the students are also positive. Among all other characteristics, "the process to construct new business ideas through team interactions" is appreciated by the students. The purpose of this paper is to develop a model for entrepreneurship education to serve as a reference for other interested faculties. |
