中文摘要 | 本研究之目的在了解目前高中學生選校之態度以及優先選擇具地域性之該國立大學之決定因素,並提供技職教育體系之學校在多元招生管道與競爭下,擬訂學校行銷與傳播策略之參考。研究母體以高中升大學之學生為主,樣本主要來自當地之男校高中與女校高中。在質化研究方面,以集群分析法與因素分析法進行資料之蒐集與分析;在量化研究方面,以SPSS 11.0為分析工具,針對問卷調查結果進行資料分析,並對本研究之假設檢定進行統計推論。由研究結果顯示,依據集群分析顯示,選校態度共分三群差異最為明顯,分別為:第一群學生最重視學校之人文景觀,包括男女生比率、社團活動和學校景觀等;第二群學生重視硬體機能,以及容易受到人際網絡而影響學校之選擇;第三群學生則重視學校之性質屬性以及聲譽。而依據因素分析結果,高中生選填某國立大學之志願,取決於五個決定因素之所影響:人文景觀、人際網絡、硬體機能、性質屬性與風評校譽。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to understand the senior high school students’ attitude to school choice and evaluate the affecting factors on priority towards choosing the national university. Moreover, the study serves technological and vocational educational institutions for reference to plan their strategic marketing and disseminating. The objects of the research target include two local senior high school students with gender difference. The study uses “Clustering Analysis” and “Factor Analysis” as the research methods. The SPSS is used as the analysis tool to quantify the questionnaire results. Based on the Clustering Analysis, the senior high school students’ attitudes to school choice can be divided to three distinguishable types: (1) think highly of humanistic manners including gender ratio, extracurricular activities and campus scenery etc. ; (2) think highly of hardware functions including teaching facilities, convenient transportation , living functions , as well as interpersonal relationship; (3) think highly of school’s characteristic and reputation. Based on the factor analysis, the main factors affecting the attitudes of choosing the national university are: (1) humanistic manners; (2)interpersonal relationship; (3)hardware function; (4) school’s characteristic; (5) school’s reputation. |
