中文摘要 | 在國民教育九年一貫課程大綱中,普遍強調教育和生活的結合、資訊能力的培養、解決問題能力的提昇等,展望未來的地理教育,地圖知識能力應該受到更多的重視。本研究試圖藉由文獻中顯歸納出影響國民教育階段學生地圖技能能力之因子包括學童的空間認知發展與地圖認知等,以Meyer所提出的地圖技能五大面向為主軸,即參考系統、空間方向感、量測、符號化、操控能力,試圖建立「國民教育階段學生應該具備之地圖技能能力指標」、以提供國中小學教師教材設計與評量之參考。 |
英文摘要 | The recently announced agenda of compulsory education in Taiwan identifies several tasks of education, such as the linkage between school education and daily life, the training of the information competency, and ability in problem solving. Envisioning the function of maps in fulfilling these tasks, cartographers should pay more attention in this regard. This paper broadly reviews literatures in map educations and summarizes factors that influence the competency of the student's map skills. The five elements of map skills presented by Meyer are adopted as framework of competence indicators for map skills. It is anticipated that such indicators can provide guidelines for the development of ongoing reformation of compulsory education in Taiwan. |
