中文摘要 | 建築物之動力性質,如周期及振態,與建築物之勁度及質量相關,而此動力性質可以微振量測資料分析獲得。此外按耐震規範設計之建築物其耐震能力與這些動力性質應具有一定關係,本文係針對鋼筋混凝土建築物探討此關係,並以此關係配合微振量測所得之周期及振態,評估建築物之耐震能力。為達上述目的,我們首先建立18棟建築物的結構模型,並求算其基本周期、振態及耐震能力,進而以迴歸的方式得出建築物周期與耐震能力的關係。另外,對於應用在實際建築物時尚需要考量之因素,如非結構牆的影響、極限地表加速度的換算、系統韌性容量的決定等,於文中均有所討論。 |
英文摘要 | The dynamic properties of buildings, such as the fundamental period and mode shape, are closely related to their stiffness and mass. The two dynamic properties can be identified using the data from ambient vibration measurement. Since all buildings are designed according to building codes, their dynamic properties are expected to have a relationship with their seismic capacities. The purpose of this paper is to investigate such a relationship and to carry out seismic capacity assessment using the developed relationship on the basis of the dynamic properties. To this end, structural models of 18 RC buildings are established and the fundamental period, mode shape and seismic capacity for each building are calculated. Through regression analysis, the relationship between the seismic capacity and the fundamental period is proposed. Moreover, the effect of non-structural walls, the corresponding peak ground acceleration at the ultimate state and the calculation of system ductility are also discussed in this paper. |
