中文摘要 | 以撞擊量測蔬果品質是一可行的非破壞性檢測方法,在先前相關的實驗中,證實 時間域和頻率域等撞擊參數與國內生產的多項蔬果成熟度有關。本研究使用小番茄實際撞擊 曲線求解Franke與Rohrbach數學模型,探討此一以矽脂橡膠球所發展的二次非線性黏彈模 型,模擬小番茄碰撞行為的適用性。在模擬成熟小番茄撞擊的動態變化中,使用統計的非線 性迴歸分析,將實際撞擊曲線及各參數代入,得到此數學模式各係數值。實驗顯示此非線性 模型的模擬曲線與實際量測曲線,二者相當一致,說明此一模型可應用在成熟小番茄撞擊的 研究。由解出的數學撞擊行為可知,接近成熟的番茄,從撞擊接觸到最大撞擊力這段時間, 幾乎是阻尼的作用力,然後彈簧才開始有明顯的作用。 |
英文摘要 | Quality measurement of vegetables and fruits by impact force is an nondestructive inspecting method. Previous studies showed that many impact parameters measured in time and frequency domains have correlation with maturity of many domestic vegetable and fruits. In this research, the real impact force of cherry tomato is applied to solve Frank and Rohrbach's mathematics model. This second order nonlinear viscoelastic model is developed from a silicone rubber ball. For study the dynamic of a matured cherry tomato's impact, a least square nonlinear regression method of SAS statistic computer package is applied to bring real impact force and many measured parameters of the impact to estimate coefficients of the model. According to tests, the numerical solution of the nonlinear model is consistent with the real impact force. It explains that this model is available to study cherry tomato's impact. From the solved mathematics model, when tomato is about mature, the damper of the model takes most of the impact force first before the impact force reaching maximum, then the nonlinear spring starts functioning. |
