中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討大專生早餐飲食習慣之現況。經研究調查法針對醒吾技術學院五專制、二專制與四年制日間部學生共4478人為研究對象,並使用自編式問卷進行施測。研究結果顯示:1.大專生早餐飲食習慣方面,經常吃早餐(≧4天/週)的學生比例佔83.9%。2.大專生未吃早餐的主要原因是:「起床太晚來不及吃」(27.5%),其次為「沒有食慾」(20.6%)。3.大專生早餐內容偏好,依序是:「西式速食早餐」(29.6%)、「傳統早餐」(25%)、及「麵包、牛奶」(21.6%)。4.睡眠習慣與早餐飲食習慣達顯著差異,就寢時間與起床時間愈早者,早餐飲食習慣愈趨良好。5.教育因素與早餐飲食習慣達顯著差異,並呈正相關。教育會影響大專生的飲食自覺意識。 |
英文摘要 | The main purpose of the study was to realize the present breakfast dietary habits of college students. The subjects were selected by the stratified random sampling method from a population of Hsing Wu College students. A structured questionnaire prepared by the authors were completed by 4478 college students The results of this study are as fallows: 1. There were approximately 83.9% always dieting breakfast (≧4days/week). 2. The main reasons of non-dieting breakfast are “wake up too late to diet” (27.5%) and “no appetite” (20.6%). 3. The favorite breakfast of students is “western style breakfast” (29.6%), “traditional breakfast” (25%), or “bread & milk” (21.6%). 4. Significant difference is identified between sleep habit and breakfast dietary habit. Students who go to bed and wake up earlier have better breakfast dietary habit. 5. Education factor identified to be significant difference and positive correlation with breakfast dietary habit, and then influence the self-image and average grade. |
