中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討醒吾技術學院進修部女生運動習慣,並探討運動習慣對女學生身體質量之影響。研究對象共237人,其中有規律運動習慣83人(平均身高159.95±5.08公分;平均體重50.46±5.17公斤)無規律運動習慣154人(平均身高158.51±4.58公分;平均體重51.292±7.38),資料經統計分析結果如下: 1. 進修部女學生有規律運動習慣佔35.02%;無視規律運動習慣佔64.98,顯示進修部女生規律運動習慣比率偏低。 2. 規律運動習慣者其身體質量指數比沒有運動習慣者低(P<.05)。 因此,養成規律運動習慣有助於身體組成的改變。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of the study were to investigate the distribution of regular exercise habit of female students at Hsin Wu Technical Institute; to compare on Body Mass index between regular and irregular students. Two hundreds thirty-seven students were divided into regular (RG) and irregularly (IG) groups by questionnaire. RG was defined as more than 3 days a week, over than 20 min. Independent to ratio was used as data analysis. Alpha level was set .05. The findings are as follows: 1. Thirty-five and 65 percent of subjects belonged to RG and IG, respectively. 2. The body mass index of RG was significant lower (p<.05) than IG. In conclusion, regular exercisers may change female’s body composition. |
