中文摘要 | 本研究探討特殊教育資訊網站對全盲使用者之可及性。以行政院研考會所發展之無障礙網頁檢測軟體來檢測42個大學特教中心、大學特教系所以及縣市特教課資源中心的網站,再請兩位全盲使用者操作導盲鼠,實際評估常見可及性錯誤之檢測碼的適用性。本研究有以下的結果發現:臺灣特殊教育網站的可及性不佳,受測的網站中,沒有任何一個網站通過第一優先等級,每一個網站都有不同程度的可及性錯誤。這些網站最常出現的可及性錯誤主要是未提供等值的替代性資訊。此外,有些檢測碼對使用導盲鼠的全盲者而言,並非完全適用。本研究亦根據研究結果對未來的研究提出建議。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this research is to explore the information accessibility of special education websites for the blind people. Researchers adopted web-accessibility evaluation tool created by the Research, Development, and Evaluation Commission, the Executive Yuan to evaluate the 42 websites which provides information of special education. Besides, two blind persons who experienced in browsing websites with G-mouse participated in evaluating the effectiveness of accessibility checkpoints when they browsing the website. The results of web-accessibility indicated that all the tested websites failed to pass the priority one criteria, and the common errors were not providing equivalent information. In addition, some checkpoints were not suitable for users equipped with G-mouse. Based on the findings, researchers provided some suggestions for research and practical implementation in the future. |
