中文摘要 | 本研究之主要目的是探討臺商赴大陸投資企業對外派遣人員的跟文化訓練方法與內容,並比較不同質企業間跨文化訓練的差異性及跨文化訓練對外適應與工作績效對的,期望能提供臺灣企業投資大陸時參考。經實研究後發現,不同性質企業之跨文化訓練方法與內容具有差異性,其中電子電機業對跨文化舞最為重視,訓練方法具有多樣性,訓練內容較為完善,且跨文化訓練配適度最高。跨文化訓練配適度對電子電機業、食品業、旅行業及紡織、成衣、製鞋業外派大陸人員的外適應有正向影響;跨文訓練配適度對電子電機業、旅行業及紡織、成衣、製鞋業外派大陸人員的工作績效亦有正向影響。在跟文化訓練配適度高、低階組的比較上,發跨文化訓練配適度高、低分組的海外適應與工作績效均具有明顯差異。企業外派大陸人員跨文化訓練配適度高,則外適應與工作績效較好;跨文化訓練配度低,則海外適應與工作績效均較差。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose for this research is to analyze the effects on work performance of cross-cultural training for Taiwanese invested companies in china. I am hoping in this research can provide reference for Taiwanese enterprise before investment in China. After the research shown companies for different industry has different cross-cultural training program. Especially the IT and IS industries have the most diversified training methods and completed training programs. Cross-cultural training has positive impact for electronic, food, traveling, and fabric, clothing shoes industry on the adapting foreign cultural and a positive impact for electronic, traveling, and fabric, clothing shoes industry on the work performance. In comparison of 2 groups of fitness of cross-cutlural training the results for cultural faintness effect the overseas adaptation and the work performance. The overseas adaptation and the work performance and lower for groups with poor fitness for cross-cultural training course. The overseas adaptation and the work performance are lower for groups with poor fitness for cross-cultural training coruse. |
