中文摘要 | 本研究主要在瞭解大專學生體能表現,內容包含身體組成,肌耐力、柔軟度以及心肺耐力。研究對象以國立澎湖技術學院九十二學年度日間部學生為研究對象。本研究以行政院體育委員會所調查之「國民體能常模」計畫之內容,作為本校體能檢測及分析之參考比較依據,受測對象共計1120人,有效檢測資料共計941人,有效檢測率84%。經描述性統計、卡方檢定、t-檢定及one-way ANOVA等統計分析,獲得以下結論。整體而言,本校學生在身體組成部分,平均數略大於常模;在肌耐力部分,平均數略小於常模;在柔軟度部分,平均數略大於常模;在心肺耐力部分,平均數略大於常模。在不同性別學生的體能表現差異性比較方面,經原始資料依據國民體能常模轉換後,女性學生在肌耐力與心肺耐力表現優於男性學生。在不同年齡學生的體能表現差異性比較方面,經原始資料依據國民體能常模轉換後,20-25歲學生之肌耐力高於其他年齡層,而在心肺耐力部分年紀愈輕表現愈佳。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to understand college students' performance of physical fitness. The test included body composition, muscular endurance, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance. Subjects were day-time school students of National Penghu Institute of Technology in the academic year of 2003. The instrument used in the study was "physical fitness norm" that was designed by National Council on Physical Fitness and Sports. A total of 1120 sample subjects participated in the study and 941 valid sample subjects were collected. The results of the test were analyzed and computed in terms of descriptive statistics, χ², t-test, and one-way ANOVA. Major findings from the research indicated that the mean of BMI, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance of college students were higher than the mean of "physical fitness norm;" in muscular endurance, the mean of college students was lower than the mean of "physical fitness norm." Base on "physical fitness norm," the row data was transferred into five ranks of data which was further analyzed. The result showed that the comparison between different sexes indicated that female students were better than male students in muscular endurance and in cardiovascular endurance. The comparison between different ages indicated that 20 to 25 years old students were better than other students in Muscular Endurance; and in cardiovascular endurance, the younger students' performance were better. |
