中文摘要 | 本研究以Warger和Pugach (1998)提出普通班老師與特教老師「以課程為核心的合作模式」,企圖透過一位特教老師和一位普通班教師,以課程為核心的合作歷程,透過Bulgren和Lenz (1995)的內外在調整策略來作普通教育的課程調整,以行動研究的方式,來建構普通教育與特殊教育的課程融合,除探討二位不同背景教師對課程設計的協同歷程外,也要探討「以課程為核心的合作模式」其課程設計的活動內涵,及其實施成效與衍生問題探討,經由兩個單元的教學實驗,以七個向度去彰顯全方位課程設計的內涵,在這歷程中,教師面臨五方面的挑戰,學生也因程度和不同單元而有不同的受益量,兩位教師經由這次的初步合作歷程,在教學、教材理解、學生理解和自我理解上都有很大的成長,根據研究結果針對教育主管機關和未來研究提出具體建議。 |
英文摘要 | This research is based on a collaborative model of treating curriculum as a target brought up by Warger and Pugach(1998), for teachers of elementary education and special education. Through the collaborative process of treating curriculum as a target for both a teacher of special education and the other of elementary education, using the method of action research, the research attempts to build the integration of elementary education and special education. In addition to discussing the cooperative process of course design from these two teachers of different backgrounds, also it discusses the connotation of the course design of "the collaborative model of treating curriculum as a target", its practicing effect and the problems derived. It manifests the connotation of an universal design for learning with seven directions, after the teaching experiments of two units. During this process, the teachers have confronted challenges of five aspects, and the students also benefit differently according to their levels and different units. These two teachers have made great progress in teaching, teaching materials understanding, students' comprehension, and self comprehension, after this cooperative process. Concrete suggestions are made especially for education authorities and future research, according to the result of the research. |
