中文摘要 | 本文旨在探討臺灣傳統學校應如何透過美國專家彼得聖吉所提出學習型組織的核心理論,將其傳統垂直式的科層體制轉變為組織扁平化之行政體制,創造出有共識的學校願景及團隊學習型之學校。本文引用企業轉型學習型組織成功的觀念至學校改革方案上,並建議學校領導者與教師及家長都應共同學習,藉由深度對話和關懷激勵,共同操練「系統思考」、「自我超越」、「心智模式」、「共同願景」、「團隊學習」,俾使學校呈現蓬勃的生機及成為學生樂於學習的園地;本論文提供學校領導者、教師、行政人員、家長及關心教育人士參考。 |
英文摘要 | Nowadays, many traditional school leaders have started to break the administration pattern featuring the traditional hierarchic system. Hopefully, it can be replaced by a flattened organization to shorten the decision-making process, and shared vision. According to the core theory of the “learning organization” proposed by Peter M. Senge in 1990, there are five disciplines, “System thinking”, “Personal mastery”, “Mental models”, “Building shared vision” and “Team learning”. Schools can be transformed into learning organizations if these five disciplines can be applied successfully. In this study, the concept of learning organization and the theories and practices of the fifth disciplines are introduced, and the process of reforming school is also discussed. |
