中文摘要 | 本研究以質的研究法進行實徵資料的收集與分析,目的在探討兒童讀經教師的教學信念內涵,研究對象為國民小學一位兒童讀經教師,資料來源包括訪談、教室觀察、以及相關文件等,研究結果發現此兒童讀經教師的教學信念如下: 1. 重視品德的陶冶;2. 教學方法以朗讀為主;3. 引起學生讀經的動機是教學成功重要的要素;4. 在效果上,發現讀經後能更定靜心性;5. 師資上,只要有意願之教師即可勝任;6. 讀經的成效上,則可增加學生的記憶力;7. 與學生家長作好溝通的工作。 |
英文摘要 | The main purpose of this study is to examine the teaching beliefs of a teacher in the classics-memorizing programs. A qualitative research design was employed in the study, data was gathered form interviews, classroom observation and related documents with those beliefs. The research results indicated that 1. the teacher emphasized on morality and culture cultivation; 2. the best teaching method is to let the children read aloud; 3. making students interested in memorizing classics is the key element; 4. students are more easily calm down; 5. any teacher who is willing to teaching is qualified; 6. the teacher had higher value regarding memory; 7. teachers should keep touch with the parents. |
