Af: 1.8~7.5sec (%)□; I.E.Mlp: 0.4~0.7%(%) □及I.E.θb:0.6~1.8℃(%)□除磷酸氫二銨一氯化銓處理合板之背面空間溫度(θb)都外,其餘各藥劑處理合板之耐燃性能(C□,Af,Mlp及θb)均與藥劑重量增加率呈一次直線迴歸顯著正或負相關。藥劑種類對處理合板耐燃性改善效應,以磷酸氫二銨一氯化鋇最佳,而磷酸氫二銨一氯化鋅都最差。布膠量則以183.0g/m□者對處理合板耐燃性改善效應最佳,226.0g/m□者最差。為避免產生藥劑沉積於試材表面,影響外觀,建議第一液藥劑濃度以30%以下為宜。 |
英文摘要 | Red lauan and radiata pine veneer were treated with diammonium phosphate of four concentrations first, followed by saturation with four kinds of chlorides solutions (barium chloride, calcium chloride, magnesium chloride and zinc chloride) to make 9 mn thick five-layer plywood. The above processes were defined as double-diffusion treatment. Third grade incombustibility of CNS6532, a national building material standard, was employed to evaluate the improvement of five retardancy for double-diffusion treatment. All untreated samples failed to meet CNS 6532 standard. The improving efficiency (I.E.) of various fire retardancy of the treated were: I.E.tc: 2.3~9.1 sec(%)□: I.E.tdθ: 4.2~13.℃.min(%)□; I.E.C □:0.7~2.7 (%)□; I.E. Af: 1.8~7.5sec (%)□; I.E.Mlp: 0.4~0.7%(%) □ and I.E.θb:0.6~1.8℃(%)□ for θb. Among the four chlorides, zinc chloride treatment demonstrated the highest weight gain (74.2%), followed by magnesium (63.2%), calcium (48.2%) and barium (38.8%). The various fire retardant properties (C□ Af and Mlp) of all treated plywoods significantly influenced with increasing weight gain. Backboard temperature (θb) was the only exception. The treatment of barium chloride and ammonium phosphate rendered the highest fire retardancy improving efficiency while the treatment of zinc chloride-together with the phosphate gave the least. Adhesives spreading amount of 183.0 g/m□ showed the best fire retardancy while that of 226.0 g/m□ the worst. A concentration of 30% or less for the first treatment is recommended to ensure no chemical decomposition on the surface the sample. |
