中文摘要 | 本研究以紅柳桉及放射松單板為試材,經(NH_4)_2HPO_4為第一液及四種反應劑(CaCI_2, MgCI_2, BaCI_2, ZnCI_2)進行藥劑雙重擴散處理後,以MUF膠施以三種布膠量(183.0 g/m^2, 204.5 g/m^2, 226.0 g/m^2)布膠,製造三層4 mm厚之防焰合板o經第一液分別與四種反應劑雙重擴散處理後,合板之重量增加率以ZnCl_2者最大(168.0%),BaCl_2者最小(63.4%)。由各項防焰性能顯示,各處理後,合板均可獲致顯著改善,四種反應劑中以BaCl_2最佳,ZnCl_2者最差。三種布膠量對防焰合板之防焰性能之改善以183.0g/m2最佳,惟三者間無統計上之差異,基於成本考量以183.0g/m^2者為宜。依中國國家標準“CNS7614薄材料防焰性試驗法”之判定,各處理合板均可提升至防焰2級之規定。 |
英文摘要 | Red lauan and Radiata pine veneers were treated with diammonium phosphate solution as the first chemicals and then four chlorides(CaCI_2,MgCl_2,BaCI_2and ZnC l_2)as the second ones through double diffusion process. Three dosage level of melamine urea formaldehyde adhesives were applied on the veneer to produce the 4mm thick trilayered flame retardant plywood. The results showed that veneers processed with ZnCl_2 as the second reagent during the double diffusion treatment had the highest weight gain (averagely 168.0%), those with BaCl_2 showed the least (63.4%). The flame retardant performance of all the treated plywood were significantly improved and could be served as the second grade flame retardant products according to the Chinese National Standards.
