中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討3 mm厚放射松單板,以5~50%濃度之磷酸氫二銨為第一液及十三種無機鹽飽和溶液為反應劑進行「雙重擴散」處理後,各處理對試材重量增加之影響。次以掃描式電子顯微鏡(500χ)附加能量分散式χ射線分析技術,分析兩藥劑反應後之複合鹽類沉積於木材細胞內外層之分布情形。試材之藥劑增重與反應劑種類、浸漬時間、第一液濃度等因子有關。放射松處理材之重量增加率,依鄧肯氏新多變域分析之結果可分為三群組(A至C),彼此間差異顯著(0.05 level)。A組反應劑為氯化鋇、四硼酸鉀、硫酸鋁、硫酸鋅、四硼酸銨、氯化鎂、偏硼酸鎂、硼酸鋅、氯化鋅及氯化鈣等十種,其重量增加率平均值為51.6%;B組為氧化硼及硼酸,平均增重30.2%;C組僅四硼酸鈉一種,平均增重26.8%。十三種反應劑浸漬開始至6小時之試材重量明顯上升,12小時後重量多不再增加。SEM-EDχA之分析顯示,兩複合鹽類皆至少能滲透至試材厚度之半(1.5mm)處,惟達內層之藥劑量不如表面可偵得者。 |
英文摘要 | The objective of this study was to investigate the weight gaining of 3mm thick Radiata pine veneer double-diffused with diammonium phosphate (DAP) ten concentrations (5~50%) before impregnated with thirteen inorganic saturated solutions. Among the treated specimens, those with 30%DAP as the first solution were chosen to be scanned with χ-ray derived from SEM-ED χ A study the distribution of the diffused chemicals in the mid-depth of the specimens. The results showed that the treating time of DAP solution and the kind of chemical in the second solutions key factors that influenced specimen weight gains. Among the 13 inorganic salts, barium chloride, magnesium meta-borate, calcium chloride, zinc chloride, aluminum sulfate, magnesium chloride, potassium tetraborate, zinc borate, zinc sulfate, and ammonium tetraborate can be grouped an one class A, with insignificant difference in term of weight gain with an average of 51.6%; B group comprised of boron oxide and boric acid with an average weight gain of 30.2%; and sodium tetraborate is the only chemicals in class C, its weight gain is 26.8%. Weight gain of all specimens increased significantly in the first 6 hours and leveled off after 12 hours of diffusion. SEM-ED χ A examination indicated that elements from the double diffusion in the chemicals were found at the half depth of veneer thickness with relatively less trace than those on specimen surface. |
